Imitation stone insulation and decoration integrated panel is a prefabricated exterior wall material that integrates the good texture of naturally grown stone with the scale of building insulation and energy-saving functions. It completes the composite of high fidelity stone pattern decorative layer and effective insulation core material in one go in the factory, achieving the triple goal of "decorating like stone, insulation and energy-saving, and efficient installation". 1、 Product Core Structure

The product consists of three main parts: decorative layer, insulation layer, and lining layer, which are formed through high-temperature and high-pressure composite molding. Each layer has clear functions and is firmly bonded.

The high fidelity stone decorative layer (appearance layer) is located on the outermost side of the board, responsible for presenting realistic stone textures. Adopting excellent painting techniques, common types include:

4、 Installation method description (adhesive anchor bonding process)

Snap line grid: According to the design layout, pop horizontal and vertical control lines on the wall and mark the anchor positions.

Preparation of bonding mortar: Use one-to-one polymer bonding mortar, add water according to the product instructions and mix evenly.
